HEREFORD United have failed to reach agreement with former manager Martin Foyle and will have to attend court on Monday to seek an adjournment of the winding up petition brought against them.

Representatives of the club's new investors will seek extra time to come to an agreement with the ex-United boss.

In a statement released on the official web site, Hereford United said that negotiations had continued throughout Friday but no agreement could be reached.

'Representatives of the consortium who have taken on a major shareholding in Hereford United' failed to reach agreement with Foyle, says the website.
