With six games to go, we sit ninth and on course to finish in the top ten.

Its been a mixed bag of results with decent displays against Luton, Dartford and Woking yet disappointing defeats to Hyde and Gateshead.

I'm sure we have all looked at the league table in recent times and seen how easily we might have made the playoffs with a winning run.

We haven't been good enough to do it and that's frustrating.

I do think its been a very positive season, though, in a lot of ways.

The club has seen how competitive this league is and how hard it will be to get back into the football league.

The management is in place already and financially will be able to work on a manageable budget in July.

I've had enough of hearing about the last few seasons now, to be honest; the club can draw a line under them now.

To finish higher than Cambridge, Lincoln and Stockport, who have had a few years to adjust at this level, shows how well the club have done this season.

The season ticket prices are certainly great value and I'm sure they will be snapped up by the loyal fans.

I want to see the club move forward, I'm a positive person and ambitious. I don't want to be at a club that doesn't want to get promoted next season.

I've given my all to help the club consolidate, now I want to hear the right noises being made.

It's Easter Sunday and I'm writing this Blog from Hereford at the house!

The gaffer had us in this morning for a cool down, which includes ice baths, stretches and massages, in preparation for our second game in two days against Tamworth.

Not spending time with your loved ones and missing out on Easter egg hunts with the little ones is tough.

It's a short career football and I have a very understanding partner and family who support me.

I know my Mum will cook a fantastic dinner and my little nephew will enjoy his first tastes of chocolate! My dad will probably be asleep after all of that on the sofa!!

Our own little family house has been out for lunch and cooked our usual pasta dish with chicken for dinner.

Luckily enough, I took my girlfriends M and M Easter egg she brought me on Friday and it's gone down a treat!

Tomorrow morning we will have our pre-match breakfast which consists of eggs, beans and toast!

We have built a great team spirit and it led us to a squad outing at Cheltenham races the other week.

It wasn't about betting or having a drink, it's about being together outside of football.

Understanding the man you cross the white line with, as they say!

It was Stefan Stam's first time, and probably his last time, as he didn't pick a winner out all day! Dan Connor gave a few of us his dodgy Irish tips and Roger (legendary kitman) never got to smoke his celebratory cigar!

Lets hope he can light it up after we beat Tamworth!
