LUCTONIANS produced their worst National 2 North performance of the season in a humiliating defeat against a side they had previously beaten at Mortimer Park.

The Herefordshire club’s fate was sealed early while Alex Davidson was off the field with a yellow card, a period when Grasshoppers ran in three tries.

Luctonians finally got themselves on the score sheet with 10 minutes remaining when centre Jimmy Norris raced almost the length of the field for an unconverted try in the corner.
