FOUR Herefordshire rugby players have been named in the North Midlands squad for tonight’s (Wednesday) match against Staffordshire at Longton.

Luctonians trio Will Burton, Alex Rumsey and Sam Jones are joined by Ledbury’s Ben Thompson for the Midlands Group B match in the National Under-20 Championship.

The match kicks off at 7.30pm and the North Midlands need to win to retain any hopes of topping the group and progressing to the Midlands final.
