LUCTONIANS flanker Dan Smith has been handed a three-week suspension after pleading guilty to striking an opponent.
Smith was sent off against Westoe in a National League Two North match on January 7.
Smith pleaded guilty by post and will be free to play on February 13.
The RFU disciplinary panel hearing took place last night (Monday) at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn.
Jeremy Summers (chairman), Gerard McEvilly and Peter Budge were on the panel.
