STEVE Bradley is the new director of coaching at Hereford Rugby Club, writes IAN MORGAN.
Bradley has taken over the role this week ahead of Hereford’s National 3 Midlands trip to Luton on Saturday. The Bishop of Hereford’s Bluecoat School sports teacher replaces John Watkins who is now the club’s chairman of rugby. “The brief is to deliver the new rugby development plan for the club and to focus on individual players and individual development,” said Bradley.
“We also want to attract more local talent to the club,” said Bradley, who returned to Wyeside in the summer as a technical coach.
Bradley had previously been Hereford’s head coach from 1994 to 1995.
Watkins, in his new management role, will be focusing on player transition from junior to senior rugby.
