Burton’s score sets up victory

AN EARLY unconverted try for the Grammar School from Gloucester gave them the edge before Ed Oliver replied with a penalty in the first half.
The score remained 5-3 well into the second half before Riches scored another penalty, matched by one from Oliver to leave it 8-6 with 10 minutes to go.
Cathedral worked their way up the pitch for Josh Burton to emerge from a maul to score in the corner. In the remaining five minutes, they managed to keep the ball in the forwards with rolling mauls and hard rucking to hang on to an excellent victory.
