ROSS-ON-WYE claimed their 15th win in Gloucester 2 after demolishing Cheltenham Civil Service 90-0.

The visitors were competitive in the first quarter and worked hard in defence and at scrum time.

But two quick tries saw Ross take a 12--0 lead and Cheltenham then leaked scores at regular intervals.

Ross stretched their lead to 31-0 at the break and produced some great scores in the second half.

PJ Muldowney led the way with four tries, with Josh Element helping himself to three.

Mat King added another two touchdowns, with Marcus Barnard, Josh Walker, Chay Brine and Thai Hayward also getting on the scoresheet.

Hayward also kicked over 10 conversions, with a penalty try also awarded in Ross' favour.

The win sees Ross maintain their nine point lead at the top of the division, having accumulated 755 points and only conceding 61.

The Greytree outfit are in cup action this Saturday when they entertain Tenbury in the North Midlands Vase, a trophy they won last season.
