LEDBURY RFC are up to third in the Midlands 3 West (South) table after narrowly beating Manor Park 31-29.
Ali Martain led the way with two tries, with Matt Hallett and Ali Park also going over.
George Bennion added four conversions and a penalty.
The win means that Ledbury are three points off top spot, with just five points separating the top eight teams.
Next up is a an away trip to sixth-placed Old Coventrians, who have the same number of points as Ledbury.
"They are always quite a physical team and it;s never been an easy game for us," said Ledbury captain Rob Anscomb.
"We didn't get a lot of possession on Saturday, but got the win and a bonus point."
Bottom club Bromyard lost again, but can take heart from their performance against Old Leamingtonians, who are fourth.
A brace of tries from Alex Parker and a first club try for Mariusz Klusex saw Bromyard earn a losing bonus point after going down 20-18.
Meanwhile, Midlands 5 West North leaders Greyhound beat Gnosall 33-10.
Elliot Phillips scored a hat-trick of tries, with Tom Dickinson and George Gwynne adding further scores,
Four of the tries were converted by Kevin Murphy.
