A HEREFORDSHIRE rugby stalwart has written a book to commemorate 50 years of rugby at the Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School.
John Escott first introduced the game to the school in 1964, with their first fixture coming in the 1965-66 season.
The book, Fifty Years in Maroon and Gold incorporates the 25th year publication, 25 Years of Win and Spin.
It will be available at a re-union dinner at Hereford Shirehall on Friday evening, along with a Golden Jubilee tie.
