Pegasus Juniors 4 Coventry Copsewood 3.
A HAT-trick from Chris Mortlock helped Pegasus into the second qualifying round of the FA Vase after a seven-goal thriller at Old School Lane.
Andy Mowen and Cory Hyde combined to set up Mortlock for the opener after 17 minutes.
But, after Mowen had been taken to hospital with an ankle injury, Copsewood equalised with a Steve Evans penalty and took an interval lead with a goal from Matt Fowler.
Boss Adie Morgan made some positional changes at half-time and the moves paid off when Mortlock produced a fine finish two minutes into the second period.
Three minutes later, Mark Davies hooked the ball home to give Pegasus the lead but, on 55 minutes, Martin Palmer lobbed home another equaliser.
Midway through the half, Juniors clinched the win when man-of-the-match Mortlock found himself in plenty of space to head in a Hyde cross to complete his treble.
