Leominster and District indoor bowlers help St Michael's Hospice

ST MICHAEL’S Hospice was the beneficiary from Leominster and District Indoor Bowling Club’s fourth annual charity tournament at Bridge Street Sports Centre.

The 14 teams taking part raised an impressive £757 for the hospice and Halo lent their full support to the event by making all facilities available free of charge.

The winning team was Ann Bishop, Derek Stockton, Don Crawley and Colin Walters while club president, David Holloway, presented a cheque for £757 to Jean Fisher of St Michael’s Hospice.
