Herefordshire's veterans gain squash victory

ROB Reid remained unbeaten as Herefordshire finished runners-up in a men’s over-45 Inter-county squash tournament at Whitecross.

Tom Burton skippered Herefordshire, who won two of their three matches to gain promotion to the next tier of the county squash ladder.

Herefordshire lost 3-2 to eventual winners Gloucestershire in their opening game but bounced back to beat Wiltshire 3-2 and Somerset 4-1.
