Nearly all of the athletes from Hereford & County recorded a personal best time or distance in their events
NINE teams took part in the third meeting of the Welsh Under-15 League in Hereford.
Although there were no outright wins for the Hereford & County team on the day, nearly all of the athletes recorded a personal best time or distance in their events.
The Under-11 squad did very well, with newcomer Joe Handley taking third place in the javelin and Charlotte Colbert and Faith Robbins going under three minutes and setting personal bests in the 80-0m to first (b) and fourth (a) respectively.
Colbert also came second in the javelin and high jump.
The Hereford and County team were fifth overall.
The next meeting is on August 1, again in Hereford.
