HEREFORD paralympian Sascha Kindred won a bronze medal in the S6 50m butterfly at the IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow last night and in the process smashed his personal best time.
Kindred, who is competing in his third World Championships, finished third behind China's Tao Zheng and Quing Xu.
Thank you to all the kind messages. That was a swim I'm really proud of and a PB at 37 is amazing. 2 swims left at these worlds #ROAR

He will be aiming to add to his medal haul tomorrow when he takes part in his favoured event at the IPC World Swimming Championships in Glasgow.
Kindred, who has already bagged 17 World Championship gongs during a glittering career, will be competing in the SM6 200m individual medley.
His main rival is Xu, who beat Kindred to gold at the London 2012 Olympics.
But Kindred beat him in the last World Championships in Montreal and is going for gold number five at the event.
The 37-year-old will also be in action in the S6 100m freestyle on Sunday.
