HALL Family Taekwon-do’s assistant instructor Dan Sneddon recently undertook an examination in order to grade for his second degree black belt.

Sneddon tested in front of a four strong panel existing of a fourth degree black belt, two fifth degree black belts, and an eighth degree black belt.

He successfully achieved his new rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt after four and a half years of hard work and determination.

During the grading, he had to demonstrate his Taekwon-Do skills and knowledge, including life skills such as self defence, as well as the usual sparring (fighting) and traditional line work including a power test (board breaking).

Instructors Luke Hall and Sarah Hall are extremely pleased with the effort and enthusiasm put in by Sneddon both before the event, and on the day.

Hall Family have a variety of lessons available in children only, adult only, or mixed classes.

All of the classes offer a month’s free training.
