WESTFIELDS defender Kane Kahaki helped Kingstone Rovers remain unbeaten in HFA County League Division Two thanks to a 1-0 win against Weston.

Former Wellington player Nick Panniers also featured in the game and has played a key role for the village side this season.

Kingstone are the only unbeaten team in Herefordshire and will win the division if they beat Burghill Rangers in their next match.

Rovers are four points clear of Burghill having played a game more.

Burghill host second-from-bottom Shobdon this weekend before the the top-of-the-table clash at Kingstone the following Saturday.

Joe Johnson scored the winning goal from the penalty spot.

Burghill, meanwhile, thrashed Toros 5-1.

In the Premier Division, Tenbury United thrashed Leominster Town 6-1 to close the gap on second-placed Bartestree to three points.

Westfields Reserves maintained their unbeaten home form thanks to a last-minute winner from Josh Whitfield-Cochrane in a 1-0 victory over Wellington Reserves, while Holme Lacy beat Orleton Colts 3-2.

Hereford Lads Club Reserves drew 1-1 with Fownhope.

With Tenbury Town almost certain of winning Division One, there is a real fight on to determine who will finish runners-up.

Hereford City currently occupy that spot, but they fell to a 3-1 defeat at Woofferton; Luke Pugh scoring two of the goals.

Holme Lacy Reserves are fourth, but hot on their tails are Kington Town Reserves, who have games in hand.

Kington overcame Ewyas Harold Reserves 3-1 last Saturday thanks to goals from Russell Jones, Ryan Newton and Daniel Stack.

At the other end of the table, Orleton Colts Reserves have finished bottom after losing 2-1 to Ledbury Reserves.

However, who will finish second-from-bottom is anyone's guess.

Hinton Reserves currently occupy that spot, but they claimed a vital 3-2 win against Weobley last time out.

Fownhope Reserves are third-from-bottom having lost 6-1 at home to Ludlow Colts, although they do have games in hand.

White Lion are top of the Spring B Division of the Sunday League after thrashing Ducking Stool 7-0, while Craven Arms and Roebuck shared a 3-3 draw.

In the one Spring A Division match to take place, Bromyard Colts saw off Shooters 7-3.
