RADNOR Valley and Hay St Mary's shared the points for the second time this season in Spar Mid Wales League Division One following a 2-2 draw.

There were plenty of chances in a goalless first half, but it was Brendan Hackett who put Hay ahead after the break.

Radnor turned things around through Jack Williams and Joey Price, the latter with a 25 yard free-kick, but Steve Morgan outpaced the Radnor defence to salvage a point for Hay.

In Division 2, Presteigne ended a run of defeats with a 4-4 draw at Builth Wells.

However, it could have been so much better for Tom Ammonds’ side, who led 3-0 through Duanne Anning, Matt Stangwood and Justin Davies.

Will Cleaton and Dave Thomas (2), which included a penalty, hit back for Builth.

Adam Crowe then made it 4-3 to Presteigne, but Josh Price headed a late equaliser for Builth.

Newbridge wenn down 5-2 at Aberystwyth University, the Villagers’ goals coming from Ollie Woods and Aeron Powell (penalty).

Hay St Mary's Reserves are through to the last sixteen of the Emrys Morgan Cup with Kyle Harding bagging the winner in a 2-1 home win over rivals Talgarth Town.

Jordan Harvey had given Talgarth the lead, but Josh Wisniewski levelled before hitting the bar with a penalty.

However, Harding then grabbed the winner.
