JAMIE Cuss is set to resume full training with Hereford FC tonight as he battles back from injury.

The Bulls striker has been sidelined after injuring his knee in an FA Cup match against Romulus at the beginning of September.

The former Westfields captain had just established himself in the Hereford starting line-up when the injury occurred.

"He need some full sessions before being ready to play, but he will join in tonight," said Hereford manager Pete Beadle.

"He had a set back half way through, but is now back on course."

Martin Horsell is also sidelined with a shoulder injury, so Alex Harris will carry on in goal for the double-header against AFC Totton and Mangotsfield United.

Both sides gave Hereford a game in the opening two games of the season, but Totton have struggled since and face a battle to stay in the division.

"Totton have had a new manager and got beat quite comfortably on Saturday, but we're not expecting an easy game," said Beadle.

Mangotsfield though have remained in the promotion picture and Beadle says the season is now starting to take shape.

"I think the top seven or eight are the teams you expect to be there," said Beadle.

"For us to still be unbeaten 17 games in is testament to the players and their character."
