HEREFORD FC striker Jamie Cuss is set to resume light running this week as he bids to return to the Bulls line-up.
Cuss has been sidelined after injuring his knee in an FA Cup tie at Romulus on September 3.
"I've just started running, but it's flared up a little bit, so I'm just resting it for now and looking to get back on to it," said Cuss.
"It'll be straight-line running, nothing too strenuous and see how it reacts."
Cuss admitted not being 100 per cent fit due to not starting many matches may have contributed to the injury.
"When you play football, you can get injured at any one time, you've just got to deal with it," added Cuss.
"There's always going to be competition at a club like this.
"I don't really worry about who's coming in and who's going, is's just one of those things.
"You've just got to try hard and focus on getting fit."
