HEREFORD FC manager Pete Beadle says this Saturday's top-of-the-table clash against Tiverton certainly whets the appetite.

The Bulls are three points clear of the Devon side at the top of Southern Football League Division One South & West, but have played a game less.

"It will be a good game to look forward to and whets the appetite," said Beadle.

"It's usually a pretty good playing surface down there and one, which hopefully is as good as I remember it, then it will one for us to look forward to and for us to hopefully put on a good show.

"We're not even 10 games into the season, but every game is a big game for us.

"We want to win every game and we'll go there wanting to do that."

Hereford striker John Mills has played against Tiverton for Didcot Town.

"They're a big, physical strong side and we go there in high confidence and hopefully get another win," he said.

New Bulls recruit Mike McGrath is set to feature in the match.

"He brings a lot of qualities to the club," added Beadle.

"He's of a good age, has great experience and we've been looking at that one to replace Aaron [Birch].

"He was on our list of three or four names and we've been very fortunate and thankful to Alvechurch for getting it through."
