EVESHAM United have won their appeal to remain in Southern Football League Division One South & West - meaning Cinderford Town have to accept promotion to the Premier Division.
Cinderford chose not to make the step up to the Premier Division having won Division One South & West.
That meant Evesham United were moved across to Northern Premier League Division One South.
Other reshuffles have seen Stamford moved back to the Northern Premier League Division One South having been placed in the Premier Division following a reprieve, while Corby Town move across from the NPL Premier Division to the Southern Football League Premier Division.
