West test awaits St Richard's School Bredenbury's girls side

THE Under-11 girls’ hockey team from St Richard’s School in Bredenbury are looking forward to a big date in March.
After finishing as runners-up in the Herefordshire Hockey Tournament in Leominster, the girls are now preparing to travel to Millfield School in Somerset for the West of England Championships on Sunday, March 4.
“They went last year but were rather over-awed by the occasion and we hope that now they know the ropes, they might do better when they are there,” said the school’s Fenella Kenyon-Slaney.
