TOP-of-the-table Hereford Ladies scored another comprehensive victory at home.
It took Hereford a while to get going before beating their West Clubs' Women's League North Division mid-table opponents BAC 6-1.
But after Emily Tompkins’ breakaway goal hit the back of the net, they played with their usual fluidity.
Central midfield duo Jess Lambert and Jules Messer picked up two goals apiece and Amy Wilkins finished off the scoring.
Ali Preece was a rock at centre-back and BAC were restricted to one goal despite looking dangerous.
Hereford lead the division by eight points with three games left.
Presteigne scored an impressive 12-0 victory over Bishop’s Castle.
Presteigne dominated the KBS League fixture from the first whistle with Sioned Price (3), Rita Tomkins (3), Lesley Phillips (3), Jess Goodwin (2) and Deb Owen-Evans sharing the goals.
Kington pulled off a decisive away victory beating Abergavenny 4-0 with goals from Emma Bryan, Emma Turner, Jenny Layton and Becky Player.

In men’s hockey, Hereford lost 3-2 at Bristol side Firebrands in Premier Division 3 of the Davis Wood League.
After finding themselves 3-1 down, despite Jonny Morgan's goal early in the second half they could not get anything out of the game.
Charlie Jones pulled one back.
Ross live to fight another day in the Severn Division despite losing to Cleevillians 2- 1 at home. Tom Walton scored the Ross goal and the fight for survival is still on as other results went their way.
Ross 2nd visited Stroud 3rd and scored in the last few minutes to secure a 1-0 win.
Stroud poured forward to get an equaliser to Edward Goldsmith’s goal but stout defending kept them out.

Hereford Mixed beat Redditch 4-3 at home after extra time in a hard-fought cup tie.
Goals from Tompkins and Joe Thomas (2) left the game poised at 3-3 at the end of normal time, with Tompkins putting away a golden goal in the second half of extra time to send Hereford into round four of the Mixed Trophy.
