HEREFORD Hockey Club captain Kyle Drew has issued a challenge to his team to win every home game this season.

Drew is the new captain of the city side and saw his team draw 2-2 at county rivals Leominster in De Cymru & The Marches 1.

"We should be winning all of our home games and pick up what we can away from home.

"We have got a few new guys that have come back, like Chris Hill, and Andy Rogers will be available more this season."

Hereford opened up a 2-0 lead at Leominster through a brace of Stewart Goodarzi goals before Leominster hit back in the second half.

"We had opportunities to take the game away in the first half and we didn't back it up in the second half," admitted Drew.

"But it's a good point away from home because Leominster are a good side."
