HEREFORD Hockey Club are holding a 'Give Hockey A Go' day at Whitecross School on Sunday from 11.30am to 1pm.
It's a free event for anyone wishing to try or return to the sport.
"We want to give the people of Herefordshire the opportunity to try hockey and see that you can get fit, have fun and meet people," said Hereford's club captain Natalie Hind.
