Andy aces the third but Dean takes title at Burghill Valley

ANDY Fottrell scored a holein- one at the third to win the nearest the pin competition in the President’s Day at Burghill Valley.

Dean Powell was the overall winner on the day, while Jayne Staine took top spot in the ladies’ competition.

Wet weather forced an early finish to Burghill’s annual Charity Am-Am which which raisd around £1,000 for St Michael’s Hospice. The results were based on the best scored achieved over 12 holes.
