SOUTH Herefordshire Golf Club held their annual Joe Wooley Memorial Invitational to remember the former greenkeeper and club keeper.
A total of 12 teams of four entered the mixed event, which was held in excellent weather conditions at the Upton Bishop course.
Several prizes were on offer throughout the day, including the longest drive, nearest the pin and nearest the pin in two.
Two trophies, the Joe Wooley Team Shield, and the Joe Wooley Memorial Cup were also up for grabs.
Gillie Nichols, Anita Leaver, Richard Hoare and Will Jones claimed the Shield with a team score of 119 points, while Hoare won the Memorial Cup. South Herefordshire Golf Club president Brian Bishop presented both trophies.
The next open event is the Mixed Open, which will held on Sunday, August 28.
