A FATHER and son helped their team win a Team of Three Texas Medal competition at Kington Golf Club.
Phil and Sam Jones partnered Richard Nicholas and came top with an excellent net score of 56.8 off a 9.2 combined handicap.
Result: 1 Richard Nicholas, Sam Jones and Phil Jones 66-9.2=56.8, 2 Mike Green Ross Moore and Gary Moore 64-6.4=57.6, 3 Kevin Barnes, Tony House and George Smith 64-5.4=58.6.
