HEREFORD manager Pete Beadle says he is saddened to hear the plight at financially-stricken Worcester City.
The National League North outfit – who play their games at Bromsgrove Sporting – have put all their players up for sale and there is speculation that they may take voluntary relegation.
"No one likes to see it, but is it bad management?" asked Beadle.
"No one will know the real answer to it.
"Obviously selling their ground and moving away means it was always going to be difficult when you start having to pay rent at different grounds.
"I don't know the ins and outs of it, but we certainly wouldn't wish it on anybody after going through it ourselves.
"Hopefully they can do what they've got to do without having to fold and come back stronger next year."
Talks are now ongoing to see if Worcester can groundshare at Sixways, home to the Worcester Warriors rugby team.
