HEREFORD FC are set to sign another player, manager Pete Beadle has confirmed.
The Bulls have already announced that full-back Adam Davies is coming on board, subject to international clearance.
"There's one that we're trying to push through," said Beadle.
"All the paperwork has been done, so hopefully it will be sorted before the game tonight."
Davies' clearance will probably not come through in time for the home match against Paulton Rovers this evening, but Jamie Molyneux is available.
Beadle said he is delighted to have Davies on board.
"He can play either as a left back or rightback, so we're really pleased to have him," said Beadle.
"He played last season at left back, but this season he's been playing right-back, so he has a lot of versatility."
With Jimmy Oates and Chris Barker sustaining injuries recently and Rob Purdie picking up a knock on Saturday, Beadle felt he had to add to his squad in the full-back positions.
"If Joel poicked up a knock, then we would be struggling," said Beadle.
"Adam has come down from the league above, but is excited about the project here."
