HEREFORD FC striker Mike Symons says it would be brilliant if the Bulls could have a good cup run.
The target man, affectionately known by "the beast" by the Edgar Street faithful, was key to Hereford coming from 2-0 down to beat Alvechurch in the preliminary round of the FA Cup.
Next up is a trip to Evo-Stik Northern Football League Premier League Division One South high-fliers Romulus tomorrow.
"Having a good cup run is one of the things you look forward to every year," said Symons.
"To possibly be involved in the first round when the big boys come in is fantastic.
"We go to Romulus, it's on 3G and we will prepare right and hopefully get a positive result and get into the next round and have a good run."
Talking about the Alvechurch game, Symons said: "It was a great feeling in that game to turn it around.
"To be 2-0 down at half time and come to win the game 4-2 is one of those that you take on to your next game.
"We will all look back on that game on Saturday and say, "look you got here after that performance' and we'll push on and hopefully get the result on Saturday."
