HEREFORD FC trained at Victoria Park yesterday to prepare for the FA Vase Final.
The players looked sharp and took part in mini-matches, as well as other exercises set by manager Pete Beadle and assistant Matt Bishop.
Captain Joel Edwards and defender Ryan Green sat out the session after sustaining recent injuries, but both are confident they will be ready for the big game at Wembley.
Goalkeeper Martin Horsell was also not available due to another pre-arranged commitment.
"Everyone trained really well, they're all fit and ready to go," said Beadle.
"We've got another week to go and that will be a different experience for the players in having to learn to control their emotions and their excitement.
"But the training session was great, a good tempo with good intensity as it has been all season and they're in a good place at the minute.
"There will be another session on Wednesday and then we travel down on Friday before another light session on Saturday morning."
