THE sun newspaper is reporting that a Hereford Bull will be allowed to be paraded at Wembley at next month's FA Vase Final.

As reported by the Hereford Times in March, the Herefordshire Football Association - on behalf of Hereford FC - were investigating the possibility of having Hawesbury Ronaldo at the showpiece event.

The Champion Bull - part of the Henry Weston Bounds Poll Heard in Much Marcle - was paraded around Edgar Street prior to Hereford FC's historic first league match against Dunkirk.

According to the Sun, FA chief executive Martin Glenn "has intervened personally to strike a deal to ensure Ronaldo will be able to meet fans and pose for photos with them."

The bull was expected to be restricted to the area outside the stadium because of health and safety rules and other issues.

But that seems to be overcome and the Sun say "Ronaldo" will be paraded in front of the Bulls fans prior to kick-off.

The Hereford Times has not received any confirmation that "Ronaldo" will be at the home of football, but will provide an update as soon as we do.
