HEREFORD FC are set to add to their squad by signing winger Ross Staley from Southern Football League South & West side Shortwood United.

The 21-year-old is a former is a former youth team player with Bristol Rovers and joined Shortwood in October from National North side Gloucester City.

Staley has also played for Yate Town and Paulton Rovers in the Southern Football League Premier Division and.

It's believed he has come into the Bulls fold due to Adam Page being out for the season with a foot injury and is available for Saturday's FA Vase game against Leicester Nirvana, subject to paperwork being completed in time.
