WESTFIELDS bowed out of the Polymac Services Midland Football League Cup last night after losing 2-1 to Stourport Swifts.
Manager Sean Edwards made a host of changes, including starting Jon Hopkins in goal.
The sides were locked at 0-0 at the break, with defences on top.
But Stourport scored twice in two minutes thanks to Alex Perry.
His first was a superb shot into the top right hand corner before he seized on a mistake from Hopkins to place the ball into an empty net.
Westfields hit back immediately when Kingsford Adjei set up Mark Magee to score before Matt Sysum went close with a header.
However, Stourport held on for the win.
This Saturday, Westfields host Shifnal Town in the first round of the FA Vase before they entertain Lye Town next Wednesday.
