YOUNGSTERS from across the county had an experience to remember by competing in the Herefordshire Schools' FA Cup Finals at Edgar Street.
Across the two nights, Whitecross bagged three wins from three games, with victories in the Year 7, 8 and 9 finals.
The Year 7 final went to a penalty shoot-out following a 1-1 draw against John Masefield.
Whitecross then overcame St Mary's in the Year 9 final before the Year 8s beat John Masefield the following night.
Their success meant that they also claimed the Richard Wydenbach Trophy, which is awarded to the best overall school throughout the season.

The match saw the Bromyard based school score after only 15 seconds.
