PEGASUS Juniors were pegged back three times and had to settle for a 3-3 draw against Wolverhampton Sporting Community in West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division.

The hosts took the lead mid-way through the first half when Ben Price found space on the left before crossing low into Luke Griffiths who volleyed past the goalkeeper.

Wolves were soon level with winger Chris Rabone playing through Dan Westwood who anticipated the pass before sliding the ball home.

With half-time approaching in-form Peggy struck again with Lewis Fletcher charging down the left before crossing inside the six-yard box which beat everybody including the goalkeeper.

The visitors responded minutes later with Rabone firing home a rebound effort.

Pegasus were ahead for the third time after the break when a Glen Segust shot was parried out to Griffiths to fire home his second of the afternoon.

Similarly to the previous goals Wolves replied almost immediately with the speed of Rabone telling once again as he opened up the hosts' defence before playing in Westwood to clip the ball over the goalkeeper for his brace.

Both sides had late chances to secure victory but shared the spoils.

Wellington returned to winning ways following a string of two draws with a comprehensive 3-1 victory over Shifnal Town.

Adam Newbury opened up the scoring for the hosts after being played through by Matthew Williams.

Josh Hunt chipped the goalkeeper to double his side's lead but Shifnal pulled one back before the break.

Wellington secured the victory when Paul Jones beat the goalkeeper from close range.

In Division One relegation threatened Kington suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Bustleholme.

Lads Club's fixture at Worcester Raiders was postponed due to a sodden pitch.

Bromyard Town waltzed into the Division One League Cup semi-final thanks to a 3-1 victory at Delahay Meadow over FC Stafford.
