HEREFORD FC have added another player to their squad.

Central midfielder Calvin Dinsley has agreed to make the switch from National League North side Gloucester City on a one month loan deal.

His move follows that of full-back Adam Davies from Merthyr Town.

"Calvin is a classy ball playing midfielder who signed on a permanent deal in December 2015 following his release by Kidderminster Harriers," said Gloucester City press officer Kelsey De Maria.

"Dinsley was in talks with AFC Telford United but it was the Tigers who beat the Bucks to his signature.

"A former West Brom youth player, Dinsley has also played for Cambridge United, Evesham United and Redditch United before becoming the Harriers’ first summer signing in 2015.

"Dinsley has been praised by fans and management alike for his calmness on the ball and ability to dictate the tempo of a match.

"He has scored once for the Tigers this season, the opening goal in a 3-1 defeat of Stalybridge Celtic."
