WESTFIELDS manager Sean Edwards has confirmed that Ben Hayes has decided to stay with Bishops Cleeve.
Edwards had hoped to wrap up the deal by today.
"We are disappointed because he would have been a great addition, but we respect his decision and we move move on to the next target," said Edwards.
Westfields lost striker Jamie Molyneux to Hereford FC last night.
