HEREFORD FC may be preparing for the biggest game in their history this weekend, but plans are already being made for the next campaign – with season ticket prices already announced.

The Bulls have been placed in Southern Football League Division One South & West having won the Midland Football League Premier Division last month.

Joining Hereford in the division are Salisbury, whom the Bulls beat in the FA Vase semi-finals, while derby matches against Evesham United, Bishop's Cleeve, Shortwood United and AFC Slimbridge await.

Fixtures will be released at 9am on Friday, July 15, with the league getting underway on Saturday, August 6.

One team automatically gets promoted, but unlike this season, there will be play-offs involving teams finishing between second and fifth.

One-legged semi-finals will take place the week after the league season is concluded, with the matches taking place at the ground of the highest-placed teams.

The final will be on Monday, May 1, with the venue again being at the highest-placed team.

Hereford have confirmed that season tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, June 1 to supporters who wish to renew before going on general sale.

Terrace season tickets (Meadow End and the Len Weston Stand) will cost £150 for adults, £130 concessions and £20 under-16s, with seating (Merton Stand and Len Weston Stand) costing £170 adults, £150 concessions and £20 under-16s.

Match day admission for the Meadow End and Len Weston Stand terrace will be £8 adult and £7 concession, with an extra £1 for those wishing to seat.

It will cost under-16s £2 regardless where they go in the ground, or £1 for HUST or Junior Bulls members.

Executive club prices, which includes admission to every home game and directors' box seats will be £325 for adults and concessions, £100 for under-16s (if bought with an adult package) and £600 for a couple.

Matchday prices for executive member guests will be £15.

"The benefits of being a season ticket holder were clearly demonstrated on several occasions during the current season and these will be exactly the same next year," said Hereford FC commercial director George Webb.

"This include being able to guarantee a specific seat for the season and not having to queue for a ticket every matchday, the first opportunity to buy tickets for away games where our allocation is limited, 10 per cent discount on merchandise purchased from the club shop and 25 per cent off your bill when visiting Yates.

"We have thought long and hard about season ticket prices for the 2016/17 season and feel we have come up with a fair and reasonable structure.

"Even with the small increase, we believe season tickets represent excellent value for money – especially when you consider we have been promoted to a higher level in the football pyramid.

"The major change is charging slightly more for a supporter to sit down than for someone to watch the game from the terraces.

"This is obviously something that occurs at the vast majority of football stadiums, so we are confident fans will understand why we have taken this decision now we know definitively that our safety certificate does not allow free movement between different parts of the ground.

"However, even with the price increase to sit down, a family of four can still attend a game at Edgar Street for no more than £20 which we believe represents great value and an important investment in the supporters of tomorrow."
