HEREFORD FC have attracted fans young and old this season but surely no one younger than Demi Rae Jones will be supporting the team at Wembley this Sunday?

The newborn will be just six days old when she travels to London to cheer on the Bulls and will join her mum Tish, dad Dave and four-year-old brother Loghan.

"We always knew she would be born a week before Wembley," said Dave.

"If she hadn't have come this week, may be she would have been born at Wembley.

"She will be strapped to me, so hopefully we can just walk in.

"I took Loghan to his first Hereford game when he was two weeks old and he was strapped to me.

"We cannot wait for the day now.

"The whole season has been brilliant, the players have come a long way in a short amount of time."

Loghan grabbed national attention when a video of him warming up with Hereford captain Joel Edwards prior to a match against AFC Wulfrunians went viral.

"He has loved the attention," added Dave.

"We thought we were going to have another boy and some of the players signed some photos to go in the bedroom.

"But it ended up being a girl – we will have to make sure that she likes football now."

Dave, aged 31, has been supporting Hereford since he was six, while Tish, 26, has been a fan for 16 years.

Between 15 and 17 of their family and friends will be making the journey to Wembley and they will be staying for two nights.

Dave is hoping for a comfortable Hereford win.

"I just hope it is a good game for all the fans and I am hoping for a 3-0 or 4-0 scoreline," he said.
