A LATE Craig Jones penalty saw Westfields earn a hard-earned 2-1 win at Lye Town in the Midland Football League Premier Division.
Jones netted from the spot after Aidan Thomas equalised for the Hereford side.
But it could have been more if it was not for some fine saves by Lye's goalkeeper.
Westfields' chief executive Andy Morris said it was their best team performance of the season.
Sean Edwards' side now have 24 points from 23 games and are 11 points above the relegation zone.
