WOOFFERTON are this week's Hereford Times Herefordshire Football League team of the week following an an impressive 4-2 win at Sinkums.

Luke Pugh led the way with two goals, with Daniel Bradley and Simon Bradley also on target.

Woofferton have won their their opening two games in Division One and will be looking to capitalise on Holme Lacy and Ewyas Harold Reserves being in HFA Junior Cup action this weekend when they travel to Fownhope Reserves.

Holme Lacy have already scored 10 goals this season, with their latest win being a 4-1 trouncing of Bromyard.

James Anderson, Daryll Pinnell and James Upcott were all on target for Holme Lacy, with an own goal adding to Bromyard's woes.

Ewyas Harold Reserves kept up their 100% start with a 3-1 home win against Kingstone Harriers.

Two goals from Jack Cleves and one from Frazer Brymer secured Harold the win.

Tenbury United are the new leaders in the Premier Division after they thrashed Lads Club Reserves 4-1.

Mike Foster, Aaron Morris, Ryan Morris and Ian Patterson all scored for Tenbury, with Lads Club's consolation coming from Clive Symonds.

Elsewhere, two Shaune Smith goals were enough for Ewyas Harold to beat Leominster Town, while Orleton Colts overcame Westfields Reserves 2-0; Daniel Crowther and Mike Shillcock grabbing the goals.

Hereford City lead the way after two games in Division Two, with Andrew Weeks' goal helping them to a 1-1 draw against Bartestree Reserves.

There are then a host of clubs on three points, with only Bartestree Reserves, Burghill and Withington failing to win so far.

Ledbury Town Reserves are the only unbeaten team though having only started their season last Saturday.

And they opened their campaign in fine style, with Charlie Docherty, Gavin Hodgkins, Gavin Watton (2) and Charlie White helping them to a 5-2 win at Burghill.

Holme Lacy Reserves also had a comfortable win, with Stuart Francis netting twice in a 4-1 victory over Withington, while a Calum Shearer hat-trick helped Weobley overcome Dore Valley 4-3 in a seven-goal thriller.
