PEGASUS Juniors manager Chris Hyde believes pulling out of games does not reflect well on the league.
The Hereford side were due to host Wednesfield at Old School Lane last Saturday in a West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division game after their pitch was deemed fit to play.
But the Wolverhampton team decided not to travel down after failing to raise a full side.
"They didn't want to come all the way to Hereford, but us and Wellington have to travel every other week," said Hyde.
"A couple of years ago they refused to come down, so it has happened before.
"I got told about half an hour before we were due to meet, so had to stop in a lay-by to text everyone to stop them coming to the ground.
"The pitch was excellent, so it's disappointing and it makes a farce of the league."
Wellington's game at Willenhall Town failed to beat the weather and was called off.
