“It's all about the team effort,” was the view of Fownhope man of the match Ryan Rowlett, who was quick to praise the work ethic amongst his teammates.

“I'm really pleased with my performance, it's great to get on the scoresheet, but it's about how hard we worked as a team," he said.

"We all worked hard and we all deserved the result.”

Rowlett was instrumental in many of his sides forward play and thought the early goal helped settle the team.

"We dominated from early on, it was a case of getting the first goal and then sitting on it for a while,” he said. “Once we got the goal we did well, we relaxed, we created more chances and we played the football we know we can.”

“After a bit of a rocky start to the season we're five unbeaten now, it's because we've kept believing, we've got a good set up here and we knew we'd get results if we kept working hard as a team.

"We've got to build on from here and hopefully we can get another good result next week.”

Tenbury joint-manager Nick Stocker was less than happy with his side's performance.

“We're massively disappointed,” he said, “I felt we were really, really poor.”

“I think our keeper tried his best to keep us in the game, particularly in the first half, and perhaps if we'd scored earlier then things could have been different, but there's not a lot of positives we can take from that performance.”
