JAMES Hancocks scored a hat-trick as Herefordshire Schools under-15 progressed to the third round of the ESFA Playstation under-15 Trophy with a 4-0 win at Woking Schools.
Kingstone's Greg Preece shot Herefordshire ahead after 25 minutes before Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School pupil Hancocks hit an unstoppable left-foot volley to give the visitors a 2-0 half-time advantage.
Captain Fred Newton (Kington) marshalled his side well as Woking threatened a comeback before Hancocks completed his second hat-trick in successive games with two fine finishes.
Herefordshire will now entertain Blaenau Gwent in the third round which must be played by November 15.
