Who is your sporting hero: Ian Rush, I have met him several times and he is a man of wise words.
What is your best/worst sporting moment: My best sporting moment is beating Chelsea in the reserves Cup final last year! My worst sporting moment, probably not getting chosen for the women's U19s final tournament which I worked so hard for.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given: You can achieve anything if you put your mind to it and work hard, train hard, play easy.
Do you have any superstitions: Putting my shorts and socks on before my shirt, and also going at the back in the warm-up so I can focus.
Who is your sporting mentor?: Andy Moss, my old coach at West Brom - he brought me on as a player and was one of the best coaches that I have had, as well as Mark Sampson of course, last year’s Bristol Academy Manager and current England Ladies Manager.
Do you have any sporting ambitions: To become a top class professional footballer, play all of the top teams across the world and have a long career injury free.
What was the last trophy you won: Last year in the FA Reserves cup final when we beat Chelsea”.
What is the best piece of advice to give to a youngster?: Follow your goal and don’t let anything/anyone get in the way of it. You can achieve anything.
What Possession would you save if your house was burning down?: Photographs of my family and friends and jewellery.
What 5 people would you invite over for dinner and why?: David Beckham because he’s good looking; Paul Scholes because he’s one of my all-time favourite players; Zac Efron; The Queen because she would just add a good mix, and Beyonce because she is a strong women, I love her music and think she would be an interesting person at the table.
What hobbies do you have outside of football: Listening to music, spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and coaching my under-9 Centre of Excellence team.
