BROMYARD Town are back on track at the head of Division One of the West Midlands League after a 3-1 win at Trysull.

The Herefordshire side bounced back from their defeat the previous week at the hands of AFC Ludlow and remain three points clear at the head of the table.

Lads Club assistant boss Richie Jones was left downcast after his side's 1-0 home reverse against Bustleholme.

"It was probably our worst performance of the season so far against arguably the poorest team we have faced," said Jones, whose side missed numerous chances.

Ledbury remain adrift at the foot of the table after their seventh straight reverse, a 5-0 home loss to Team Dudley.

The return of former boss Ben Symonds as the club's new assistant manager and a number of new signings failed to reverse Town's fortunes which see them still without a point.

Bartestree, however, won for the second match in succession, 4-2 at Wyrley, to continue their improvement after a poor start to the season.
