THE annual meeting of the Herefordshire cricket Groundsmen's Association will take place next Tuesday at the Farmers Club in Widemarsh Street, Hereford.
The meeting begins at 8pm and nominations are being sought for the roles of chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, treasurer and membership secretary.
Club secretaries are also being urged to send in the details of their groundmen to ensure that they can be kept up to date with association news.
The association is also taking soundings from clubs to assess interest in bulk-buying fertilisers and seeds.
The management committee have agreed that this would be feasible if a minimum order of 20 bags of seeds and 40 bags of fertiiliser is achieved.
